You had to hit a niche that literally made you a lot of money that’s all I can think of becuase any one that goes from 0 to 200 k a month is damn lucky therefore with you making money like that it gives you room to test 100’s of different markets at the same time rather your profiting or not.

I know I just jumped into one niche and its extremely competitive and it took me 3k just to get my QS scores to great, so what I’m saying is that you had to hit some type of niche that made you a lot of money that wasn’t saturated yet.

    Paul (ubber),

Since you do have the funds now if you want to exploit any affiliate merchants through organic search get a hold of me we have one client in the top 5 for keyword printing and we was number for keyword website design, but yes maybe we can hook up on PPC for SEO :).

Sweet house man! Looks like a bit of an upgrade from wherever you were at before with the wood paneling. Good for you. Looking forward to the “launching something big” reference.

  12. May 30, 2008

    House looks great, Paul.

The lot is huge! Much bigger than what us San Francisco Bay Area folks are used to. :-/

    Thanks for sharing!

  17. May 30, 2008

*laughs* at the girlfriend tryin’ to be ghetto, haha!

  18. May 30, 2008

Nice house man! Congrats on moving on up! I am sure we will see many more mega mansions from you in the future! Where’s the sportscar? ;)

  19. May 30, 2008

Is that N.O. explode in that drink? That stuff makes me ridiculously pumped and focused.

Way to be on the house investment. Is the market any good in your area?

  20. May 30, 2008

  27. May 30, 2008

Tuna is good. So is house buddy. Good stuff for not much cash.

Hey mmm I also seen they have cribs for us Tech people. When you decorate and all show it off on cribs. I need to find how is that cribs called.

And Iantrepreneur just work in the gym budd. It will come by time. As proteins are good and this tuna also. But work out man. If you want to be big and not have big muscular under your skin but water only then use steroids :-). hehe. That is the way how you’ll pump and pump out.lol. not recommended.

    Gotta run, make some cash.

    Hrvoje

  28. May 30, 2008

Chargin the bird for rent lol.

  29. May 30, 2008

    Sweet crib man, congrats.

  30. May 30, 2008

Just a thought if someone wants to jump on this one since I really don’t have the patience to do it. Grab the domain UdderAffiliate.com and parody it.

  31. There’s no secret. Power drinks aren’t useful at all and if you varied the tuna with things like hard boiled eggs, roast chicken breast, grilled salmon, peanut butter, it’d work a lot better. Mass comes from burning out a different muscle every day, doing every set to failure, and then letting it rest the rest of the week before hitting it again.

  32. May 30, 2008

What is it with americans and never taking off their shoes when entering a house??? Hah I thought that was only in sitcoms….

  33. May 30, 2008

Congrats on the first house, looks awesome. I wish $200k could get that around here. Something like that with that much land here probably starts around $700k :( Gotta love northern VA.

  34. May 31, 2008

Hey man, can you get me the plans on that uber-blind in your bedroom?

  35. May 31, 2008

    Hey paul,

Im getting some errors while browsing your pages:
    “Error establishing a database connection”

You might want to fix them :)

  36. May 31, 2008

Hey Paul – congrats on the new house and thanks for the “Cribs” tour – like Nate said above, I wanted to see your hot wheels though! Also, what’s in the fridge…. :)

  37. May 31, 2008

you’ve got to be kidding me! 200K for a double storey & a paddock for a backyard? You must be out in the sticks. You couldn’t get that here even if you were 100k from the city.

you sound like you were puffing towards the end.. and all you did was walk 20 meters and a flight of stairs. Time to switch from the power weights to some aerobic workout

  38. May 31, 2008

    Congrats! Beautiful home.

Here’s a tip: Go to Home Depot or Lowes and buy some “Ready Shades.” They are temporary paper shades that tape to the inside of your window and gives privacy until you get your blinds installed.

  39. May 31, 2008

Sweet Niice House Bro Loved How u stocked up on tuna lol

  40. May 31, 2008

    May 31, 2008

Congrats on the new house! For 200K, you can buy yourself a one-car garage here in the Bay Area. Seriously, you can always upgrade your house after a couple of years so that you don’t get hit any capital gains taxes. “Keep it real” until you get older. Congrats again!

  43. Hey Paul,

Nice place! Good luck settling in.
What was that chair you said was so comfy?
    Thanks!

Nice crib Paul. You should install a big pool in the backyard with the uberaffiliate logo in the bottom, like shoemoney did. That would be cool…

  45. May 31, 2008

    Herman Miller Aeron.

  46. May 31, 2008

Congrats, buying a house at your age is an accomplishment, you should very proud of yourself.

You need furniture though and you forgot to say, “this is where the magic happens” in your room.

    :)

  47. May 31, 2008

I would hope not, tax benefits… Put the cash in savings, etc…

  48. May 31, 2008

Basement? That is kinda cool. Seems misplaced, not a sloped yard or anything, is it a full basement?. Sounds like it is sod time.
