The sound cuts off a few times for a split second, but you don’t really miss anything. If your question wasn’t answered, I’ll get to it in one of the next videocasts. Yeah I know guys – the sound will be better next time. My HP webcam is messed up and I had to use YouTube’s Quick Capture feature.

If you have difficulties with the sound you could try doing just an audio podcast instead using a headset – that might give you better quality. For standard Q&A, I think the audio is what really matters.

Do you recommend bidding high on a brand new campaign to get your CTR up so Adwords has a history of your campaign, then slowly drop your bid? and if so, how high do you recommend bidding, 1x payout? 2x payout?

Something I’ve been thinking a lot about lately is Geo targeting. I have some offers I run that are US only, but there are similar offers available for Canada, UK, Australia, etc.
I hate losing potential conversions by running US only offers, especially when only about 40%-50% of the visitors are from the US.
Do you use Geo targeting to redirect non-US visitors to an offer that’s available in their country to maximize the traffic? If so, can you share some resources that will help us implement this technology on our sites?
