Add me on SphinnInspired by the Shoemoney post, here’s my entry as to why I should win and party like a RockStar in Pubcon Vegas.
Honestly my main motivation is to get crunk with Neil Patel. After seeing this pic of him and reading his quote, you can see he speaks the main point of going to conferences like a true champ :
“The most important thing is you need to know is how to get drunk and get loose.”
I could NOT stop laughing when I saw/read that…omg cracked me up. On a more serious side of it, I do think that’s one of the best reasons to attend events, loosen up a little bit and really enjoy the industry you’re in. You’ve spent too much time staring at a screen with late nights and headaches, take a week off and relax and blow some of the money you earned…it feels gooooood.
I actually wanted to go to Pubcon, but after already booking my reservations for adTech, decided that by the time I got back (I’m making another stop on the way home), I didn’t really want to pay for another conference, I’d just sit tight until ASW or something. I sure as hell would take a free trip there though and party with some rockstars. If you hung out with me at any of the ASE parties, I can have a good time. Anyways, yeah I’ll party like a rockstar. I’ll spend the $500 buying drinks for whoever feels like sucking up to me, or maybe drop it at the poker table, I fancy a game of Hold ‘Em.
