Add me on SphinnIt’s Friday, the last day to apply to Uber Camp. After Friday, all applications will be put on a waiting list and not looked at until the next round of applications (not sure when that will be, at least a month).
Originally I was just going to collect all the applications and approve them next week, but I wanted to get things rolling so I started accepting them already. If you applied Monday-Wednesday and haven’t heard back with an invite code, I’m sorry and you didn’t get in this round. Keep working at it, get some experience under your belt, and reapply later down the road when you’re ready. Trust me it was so hard turning down applications. The first two days I got around 150 applications, and sent out invites to less than ~80-90 people. That’s a lot of money I could have made, and most of the ones I denied were poor newbies who would have paid too.
There were a ton of great people to apply though, guys with 8 years experience in programming and SEO and a couple years of AM. In the past couple days we’ve been up, the forum already has 277 quality posts. I’ve given out more information than I ever have on this blog, and other people are doing the same. The group I’ve chosen that have come in are all awesome, and there’s a crapload of knowledge floating around already. I can’t wait to see how it pans out down the road.
First case study is underway as well. I’ve picked out the offers, and devised my game plan for everything. Right now I’m getting a domain and starting to build the first landing page.

I think this is a good idea. You don’t want 200 people making post after post and then users are unable to keep up with everyone’s tips and advice.

As much time as I spent (waste?) on forums I should have really spent more time finding one that would PAY ME lol. The last thing I need is a forum that I spend even more time on and have to pay for. Not that I don’t think it is worth it and I’d jump at a chance to get in free but probably not the best idea of me right now to buy another subscription.
For anyone that questions Pauls skills or wonders if it will be worth it…just consider how much money he has already made with this project…that alone should show you he knew what he was doing all along ;). Great move and props on pulling it off far Paul! Let me know when I am 1337 enough to get a vip invite lol ;)

That boders me, i don’t think i’m a newbie, i know a lot more than a lot of people who are really newbies. In fact i’ve helped a lot of “newbies” to get started.
Anyway, if is not this time will be next time, i just hope to qualify for “more that a poor newbie”…

How do you know that those 80 or 90 accepted didn’t lie about their experience. And then guys who were honest got turned down.
I guess if Paul checked out references at affiliate networks - but doesn’t seen like he did that.
