Wow your house cost less than my car…that’s seriously crazy since here in the bay area you can’t get anything nice under $2m. I guess you pay a pretty big premium for the location :/

I have personally heard not to eat tuna more than once a week due to the mercury levels. I could be wrong though…

downpayment+waiting list for a ’09 Gallardo LP560-4. Seriously though I didn’t mean to come off like an asshole, just trying to show that you can get some pretty great things (like Paul’s house) for relatively low amounts of money (for the price of a car) if you know where and when to look.

Unfortunately though my opinion is a bit skewed since the average home price here is $1.6 :S

Nice house, but where is the yard? Gonna spend another 100k on landscaping or is it just not finished? ( I watched with no sound, btw so sorry if i missed something).

Unlike most comments, I can get more for the money, but it’s all relative. One of the great things about working online is you can live where you want and take advantage of the local economy.

Paul, the mercury in all that Tuna is going to give you cancer. Watch out man. They say you shouldn’t eat more than one can a week.

  22. June 8, 2008

In the UK, a house like this would cost $500k. No joke.
