  • 77 Comments... Have your say!

Alright so after people bugging nonstop to see the house, here’s a video. Still messing around with getting the Flip to show the best quality on Youtube, so it’s gettin’ there.

Who's talking about it?

    How much was the house?

    • SUP3RNOVA

      200k

      • Iantrepreneur

WOW are you serious! I cant find a closet space that much in jersey! I need to move where you are!

        • DamnSmiley

with that much i d build one bad ass house with many stuffs that aint in there. I mean you can build a very bad ass house here in Nigeria!

      • Brilliances

you’ve got to be kidding me! 200K for a double storey & a paddock for a backyard? You must be out in the sticks. You couldn’t get that here even if you were 100k from the city.

you sound like you were puffing towards the end.. and all you did was walk 20 meters and a flight of stairs. Time to switch from the power weights to some aerobic workout

        • Moneybites

That’s a great price for a house that size and its beautiful.

      • iCouch - iPhone news

In the UK, a house like this would cost $500k. No joke.

  2. phpBay Tips

Paul, ease off on the tuna man! You’re gonna get mercury poisoning!

But i have the same prob, i LOVE tuna, and all fish. been trying to cut down recently…

    • SUP3RNOVA

A can of tuna every day won’t do anything harmful to your mercury levels.

      • Matt L

Tuna is fine - have to get rid of that creamy Jif - crunchy is the way…

      • phpBay Tips

i heard u shouldn’t do more than a can a week. I find that rule hard to follow…

        • Moneybites

I have personally heard not to eat tuna more than once a week due to the mercury levels. I could be wrong though…

  3. greg

    Cool dude. Nice yard!

  4. simon

    hey
beauty house and wide yard!! i guess the tv come directly from cxdigital ;)

  5. kevin

You had to hit a niche that literally made you a lot of money that’s all I can think of becuase any one that goes from 0 to 200 k a month is damn lucky therefore with you making money like that it gives you room to test 100’s of different markets at the same time rather your profiting or not.

I know I just jumped into one niche and its extremely competitive and it took me 3k just to get my QS scores to great, so what I’m saying is that you had to hit some type of niche that made you a lot of money that wasn’t saturated yet.

  7. Tyler

    Paul (ubber),

Since you do have the funds now if you want to exploit any affiliate merchants through organic search get a hold of me we have one client in the top 5 for keyword printing and we was number for keyword website design, but yes maybe we can hook up on PPC for SEO :).

  8. Wes Mahler

Awesome tour, sweet kitchen, very nice. Bird’s nest, thats the coolest part.

  9. Brandon K

Sweet house man! Looks like a bit of an upgrade from wherever you were at before with the wood paneling. Good for you. Looking forward to the “launching something big” reference.

  10. Jimmy Ramos

    House looks great, Paul.

The lot is huge! Much bigger than what us San Francisco Bay Area folks are used to. :-/

    Thanks for sharing!

  11. juan

how many inches is your penis

  12. G God

Looks decent…probably could use a little furniture.

  13. Chad Frederiksen

Congrats on your 1st home! Always a big milestone.

  14. IamJustinM

    That house for 200k?!
gdamn, you can’t even get a 1 bedroom apartment with a view of an alley for 200k in LA/OC area. Crazy…

  15. David Goecke

hey paul, is the house paid for in cash?

*laughs* at the girlfriend tryin’ to be ghetto, haha!

    • Hustle Strategy

I would hope not, tax benefits… Put the cash in savings, etc…

  16. Nate Whitehill

Nice house man! Congrats on moving on up! I am sure we will see many more mega mansions from you in the future! Where’s the sportscar? ;)

  17. Matthew Blancarte

Is that N.O. explode in that drink? That stuff makes me ridiculously pumped and focused.

Way to be on the house investment. Is the market any good in your area?

  18. PPCfool

What state you live in? nice to own your own pad :)

  19. Toki Tover

Welcome to the home owner blues! kidding :)
Great looking house for only 200k… when I bought mine, it was way more and the sq footage was way smaller than what you have! Im jealous!

    Beautiful home Paul :)

  20. Iantrepreneur

btw you chargin that bird rent or something! lol I am on the tuna daily diet too and power drinks in the morning and I aint huge - whats your secret - lol

    • Wes Mahler

Chargin the bird for rent lol.

    • There’s no secret. Power drinks aren’t useful at all and if you varied the tuna with things like hard boiled eggs, roast chicken breast, grilled salmon, peanut butter, it’d work a lot better. Mass comes from burning out a different muscle every day, doing every set to failure, and then letting it rest the rest of the week before hitting it again.

  21. Jonathan Volk

Hahahaha. That was pure awesome! :D

  22. Keith Surivan

hot damn, nice crib paul congratz. nice toilets, cool blinds haha.. but seriously awsome set up.

  23. Hrvoje

Tuna is good. So is house buddy. Good stuff for not much cash.

Hey mmm I also seen they have cribs for us Tech people. When you decorate and all show it off on cribs. I need to find how is that cribs called.

And Iantrepreneur just work in the gym budd. It will come by time. As proteins are good and this tuna also. But work out man. If you want to be big and not have big muscular under your skin but water only then use steroids :-). hehe. That is the way how you’ll pump and pump out.lol. not recommended.

    Gotta run, make some cash.

    Hrvoje

  24. Collin LaHay

    Sweet crib man, congrats.

  25. Think Like An SOB

Just a thought if someone wants to jump on this one since I really don’t have the patience to do it. Grab the domain UdderAffiliate.com and parody it.

  26. dankind

What is it with americans and never taking off their shoes when entering a house??? Hah I thought that was only in sitcoms….

  27. Dave

Congrats on the first house, looks awesome. I wish $200k could get that around here. Something like that with that much land here probably starts around $700k :( Gotta love northern VA.

  28. Jason

Hey man, can you get me the plans on that uber-blind in your bedroom?

  29. Frank Abagnale

    Hey paul,

Im getting some errors while browsing your pages:
    “Error establishing a database connection”

You might want to fix them :)

  30. Adnan

Hey Paul - congrats on the new house and thanks for the “Cribs” tour - like Nate said above, I wanted to see your hot wheels though! Also, what’s in the fridge…. :)

  31. Work Plus Faith

    Congrats! Beautiful home.

Here’s a tip: Go to Home Depot or Lowes and buy some “Ready Shades.” They are temporary paper shades that tape to the inside of your window and gives privacy until you get your blinds installed.

  32. Nick Throlson

Sweet Niice House Bro Loved How u stocked up on tuna lol

  33. Affiliate Network

I wanna see whats in your fridge!

  34. bambooclat

men. i am proud of you. Keep going!

  35. Mikita

Congrats on the new house! For 200K, you can buy yourself a one-car garage here in the Bay Area. Seriously, you can always upgrade your house after a couple of years so that you don’t get hit any capital gains taxes. “Keep it real” until you get older. Congrats again!

  36. Lisa - The Survey Queen

    Hey Paul,

Nice place! Good luck settling in.
What was that chair you said was so comfy?
    Thanks!
    Lisa

  37. Matias

Nice crib Paul. You should install a big pool in the backyard with the uberaffiliate logo in the bottom, like shoemoney did. That would be cool…

  38. PPC Coach

Congrats, buying a house at your age is an accomplishment, you should very proud of yourself.

You need furniture though and you forgot to say, “this is where the magic happens” in your room.

    :)

  39. Hustle Strategy

Basement? That is kinda cool. Seems misplaced, not a sloped yard or anything, is it a full basement?. Sounds like it is sod time.

  40. Urban Lookout

Nice house! Where exactly are you located?

    • DamnSmiley

He sure is located in New York i think….they got some crazy ass cheap cribs over there!

  41. Julian

Wow your house cost less than my car…that’s seriously crazy since here in the bay area you can’t get anything nice under $2m. I guess you pay a pretty big premium for the location :/

    • Toki Tover

very true about the bay area…

    • DamnSmiley

hahahahahahaha wow what a hole! what kinda ride are you driving dude?

    • Julian

downpayment+waiting list for a ‘09 Gallardo LP560-4. Seriously though I didn’t mean to come off like an asshole, just trying to show that you can get some pretty great things (like Paul’s house) for relatively low amounts of money (for the price of a car) if you know where and when to look.

Unfortunately though my opinion is a bit skewed since the average home price here is $1.6 :S

  42. lpcreations

Nice place, its cools to see that your spending wisely :P

  43. DamnSmiley

WoW thats very awesome dude nice crib dude….thats the reward of hardwork man!

  44. Robert

Nice place Paul. At least you got the office going. Heck, that’s all that really matters ay?

Any new rides in the near future?

  45. HiDefology

Congrats on the house. Looks good.

  46. LP Creations

Nice place, you;l have to give us another video when its completed.

  47. Marko

    Nice pad playboyyyyyy!

  48. Nick Throlson

You should make a 2nd video of your house with everything setup when its all done bet its gonna look sweet

    • David Goecke

oh, i completely agree! I would love to see your house in the full :)

  49. Jay

Damn, 200K, that’s it? Lucky bastard… houses in Boston are more expensive and smaller lol… don’t you live in NY or something?

    Jay

  50. Greg C.

Nice house, but where is the yard? Gonna spend another 100k on landscaping or is it just not finished? ( I watched with no sound, btw so sorry if i missed something).

Unlike most comments, I can get more for the money, but it’s all relative. One of the great things about working online is you can live where you want and take advantage of the local economy.

  51. ridbay

Nice house, for only 1 year in affiliate marketing, your achievement was fantastic.

  52. Dr.Phil

Paul, the mercury in all that Tuna is going to give you cancer. Watch out man. They say you shouldn’t eat more than one can a week.

  53. Binary Ant

Very nice house Paul, you need some furniture :) . Cheers!

  54. komodo dragon

thats a nice crib you got there :P

  55. magnesium

yeah, I like the house too!

  56. keep it real!

I dont care how much you make man, keep it real like you are. You are a role model.
