The MMN – Issue #2

(38) Comments... Have Your Say! ~ May 27th, 2008

Time for this months newsletter. I interviewed popular blogger and super affiliate Jonathan Volk. For those curious here are the questions I asked him :

  • For my readers here who aren’t familiar with your blog, who are you and what makes you so special?
  • You’re another young affiliate like myself making ends meet here, why do you think we became so successful?
  • Let’s skip over the newbies, if you could give a short message to advanced affiliates who want to grow even more, what would you say?
  • How many offers are you currently promoting that are making over $5,000/month?
  • How does Jonathan Volk go about picking an offer?
  • How much time do you spend on your biggest campaigns every day? Hours of tweaking and testing, or do they run pretty smoothing with less than an hour of work per day?
  • Why do you blog?

If you haven’t subscribed to the newsletter, you can do so at the top of this page. I was a nice guy last month and posted the interview with Fraser for everyone to see, but this month I’m going to be a meanie and not post it.

Fairly good read. Nothing crazy but good stuff for people that may not know Volk or read his blog.

Hello Paul,

Actually I was thumbs up when I saw your new posting about an exclusive interview but as soon as I saw that I haven’t got the email it was real dissapointment. I joined to your newsletter on 26th. Maybe you sent them earlier ? Would you look it over and resend :)

You should figure out how to get your newsletter through gmail spam filter because it ended up in spam both times.

Nice summary juan .. haha :)

He has a good point about focusing your efforts on offers that have huge potential and scale , why waste your time on an offer that will only make $50 a day, talk with your AM and find that offers that are doing really well!

Well trust me. We should take small steps before we take bigger steps. He says that because he has been in this industry for a long period and he has optained lots of skills in this industry. I say that who ever steps into this industry should make those 50$/s a day before thinking that I should make a campaign first that makes 2000$ a day. This would be sure giveupper.

I still want that interview ^^

I agree that you have to build a relationship with your AM. Although I’m new to this they often bump up the payout just to give me that little push to get started.

Dude — Your newsletter does not contain the interview. The email newsletter was an exact duplicate of this blog, with a link to this exact page (talk about running in circles!). Read the comments above…your newletter subscribers got their emails, but no interview. Capische?

I’m sure we’d all love to see the interview — so please fix your email problem when you can.

:) Thanks.
