As you can see, there’s a couple changes to the top portion of this blog. I got rid of the huge leaderboard section to save space, and added in a couple new sections. One of the sections I added in is a newsletter signup.
In an effort to expand the depth of my blog, I want to offer special “perks” for being more involved. That’s why I started The Make Money Newsletter with UberAffiliate. I’m not going to spam you with emails or ANYTHING like that. It’s going to be sent out once a month and is just going to include some extra content that’s not posted here on the blog. The main thing that will be published are interviews. I haven’t really done any interviews on this blog, but have wanted to start doing them.
So I’ll be asking industry related questions to my affiliate managers, fellow affiliate friends, affiliate bloggers, and whoever else I can find. The goal is to just give you different expert opinions and an “inside look” into some different things.

Just signed up. I think every opt-in form I’ve ever filled out online asked for my name first, then email second. Just curious how come you ask for the the email first?

One small tip. It’s more natural and common that name is the first thing that you fill out. I found myself putting the name in the email field.

Good moves on the redesign. That leaderboard took up a lot of real estate. The design is more streamlined and puts all the good stuff (call’s to action) at the top.

Really? I use FF on a Mac and it loads fine, and then I went upstairs on a Windows and looked at it in IE and FF, and they both look the same. Can somebody take a screenshot and mail it to paul@uberaffiliate.com.

I think the top looks better, but the site looks amazing.. UBD did a really nice job on your site.. I am getting the impression that UBD has the same theme, they just edit it a little bit for each person?? Every on of their sites has the same look and feel imo.. Still doesn’t mean your site doesn’t look nice though!
