What would you say are the most ethical methods of PPC promotion that don't involve either A) pretending you've tried products you've never used, B) Having someone submit their email for something they're not expecting, or C) anything that you wouldn't feel tricked if YOU entered your information in and got what was coming.

No judgments here, I know we all have our own values. Thanks.

- Do you push many offers that require someone to get out their credit card?

- What's the sort of payout range do you look for in the kind of offers you run; the lower $3-7 end, or the higher $15-30 end?

I hear some preach having a big site with constant updates and then I hear about landing pages that are nothing more then a site with a couple pages. I want to do affiliate marketing but am confused about which I'm supposed to do?
